Monumental Life Sales Associates are self-employed, independent contractors. Sales Associates schedule appointments, meet with clients, analyze their needs and recommend life and health products to meet the needs of individuals and families. Monumental Sales Associates offer a variety of life and supplemental health insurance products along with some non-insurance products. Sales Associates develop prospects, leads and new business opportunities through contacts in their communities as well as recommendations from new clients. Monumental’s “Blueprint to Success” program helps new associates identify natural relationships and markets for a source of leads. As an independent contractor your hours are flexible. Successful Sales Associate often work some evening or weekend hours, as these, in many cases, best times to reach customers. How effectively you manage your time will determine the income you receive. No experience necessary! All training is provided by qualified trainers! Sales Associates lease a specially programmed laptop computer that contains illustrated “needs-based” analysis tools and sales presentations! This laptop also contains access to the most current information about your customers. Monumental helps improve the quality of your life with competitive compensation! Sales Associates receive a very generous first-year commission generated from new sales and renewal service commissions. Your income is defined by your goals. Sales commissions are either paid in advance or as earned. In addition, you will have the opportunity to qualify for annual conferences to exciting destinations! | |
